If your fruit is from the supermarket you may want to scrub with baking soda to remove wax from the peel.
Peel the lemons and orange. Let sit in sugar to make oleo sacrum.
juice the lemons into the pitcher. Once the sugar has leeched the oil from the peels add it too.
Dilute with water and add orange juice and salt to taste.
