3 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking powder

[B]
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter

[C]
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

you will also need two cookie cutters of different diameters.

mix together [A].
Separately, cream together the sugar and butter ([B]).
Once creamed, incorporate the eggs and vanilla into [B].
Then mix the dries ([A]) into [B]

Roll out the dough and after cutting as many cookies as you can cut the centers out of half.
Take a spoonful of jam and put it in the center of the whole cookie, then layer the cookie with a missing center on top.

bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes.
